Even though I was told they would deduct $75 for a restocking fee I guess when they received the returned bat in two pieces they knew it would not be restocked. Anyway, they gave me a full refund. My granddaughter loved the bat before it broke in two. i INCREASED MY REVIEW A STAR because the company did the right thing and refunded the full amount since she had the bat less than 3 months before it broke in two.Right during batting practice before my granddaughter's high school game this bat cracked right through. I purchased it for her at the beginning of this season and it is already worthless. She is on her way down for spring break so I will add pictures when it gets here. Her coach said he had never seen anything like it. Really sad that this happened. I could almost understand a cheap bat doing this, but one I paid $368 for way! SO I JUST SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER service and they are charging me a restocking fee. I don't think they will be restocking this item. However, since we have had it for just under 60 days as opposed to 30 days they have to charge that. Never again. If you want a good bat please don't buy this one!
