I've been playing ball for literally 35 years and I still play in an Independent league... just got this bat on a whim, wanting something new. TRUST ME... this is better than you can imagine. The handle is what I've been looking for for a long time. It thins out nicely while leading to the knob, where it doesn't have that "fat" bottom feel that too many wood bats have. Also, so far it's sturdy... I fouled off two high and in, right off the handle and it didn't crack. It's weighted beautifully... most of the weight is in the barrel, not the handle or midsection, like most wood bats. The ball jumps off nicely. I've currently batting .500 with it ;) We have all sorts of bats; hybrids, bamboo, maple, ash, etc... some are in the $150 range but this hits just as well, if not better. Dollar for dollar, you won't find a better wood bat, I promise you. It took me so many years to find something like this. 4

11 comment Report abuse Comment Breaks easily. Not worth it. Reviewed in the United States on July 21, 2019Size: 32 inch/29 ozColor: Black I bought two of the 31 for my 14 yr old. The bat is well balanced by roughly finished. The first lasted maybe 150 swings before it cracked on one side on the middle of the upper barrel. He broke the second broke after 2 hit balls the day after I ordered it. This one splintered in two pieces along the handle. The wood inside looks less dense than older Louisville Slugger ash bats made 20+ years ago. Very disappointing. Junk Reviewed in the United States on May 24, 2018Size: 32 inch/29 ozColor: Black This really should be labeled as "display only". I wasn't expecting much for the price, but my 13 yo son destroyed it with only a couple buckets of balls. It completely deformed (flat) and is about to shatter. The "ash" wood is so soft there are indentations from baseball seams all over. Also, the weight was almost 5 ounces off, I mean c'mon...don't market this as an actual bat!

Wood bat Reviewed in the United States on February 23, 2019Size: 34 inch/31 ozColor: Black Best wood bat for the price. You can go buy wood bat in the mid to bottom 100s or buy this one for $29. A bat is a bat. If your son makes it to the big leagues he will either be given bats by his agent or team will provide Louisville slugger.

Nice Bat, Finish Can Be Better Reviewed in the United States on ApSize: 32 inch/29 ozColor: Black Bat is really nice and the 32" length complements my 5'0" frame well. One thing that can be improved is the finish as some areas of the bat can be a little rough. I believe that with consistent use the bat will wear down smoothly.

Great Bat, Small Rage Reviewed in the United States on October 31, 2018Size: 34 inch/31 ozColor: Black I bought two. Both of the actual bats are solid, beautiful pieces - however, there was a label directly applied to each bat. Only one came off cleanly so now one of my bats has half a barcode and a lot of nasty goop left from the sticker's partial removal. It's a small thing but I have a personal vendetta against stickers that dont come off.

Great bat! Reviewed in the United States on July 28, 2020Size: 32 inch/29 ozColor: Black I ended up with a bat that had really nice wood grain. This is slightly heavier than my other 32 inch ash bats, maybe because of the paint.

Great feel but wish it didn't break so easily Reviewed in the United States on Octo Very nice feel / weight distribution and great looking. Unfortunately it broke a week after receiving after around 100 swings. I caught one off the tip of the bat and the handle completely cracked. I ordered another and will see if it breaks quickly again.

Bat is well balanced. Feels good on the swing. Reviewed in the United States on May 18, 2018Size: 32 inch/29 ozColor: Black My son is aging up next season and has to use a - 3 BBCOR. He's been using a - 5 and wanted to get a wood bat - 3 to practice with. He loves this bat. He says that because the balance is good, it feels lighter than his other bat even though it's heavier. He's hitting better than ever too. Fine with me. It's a great price. The only problem has been that the bats tip is hollowed out some, so if you hit that part of the bat, you could chip the wood.

Bat is too light, not a drop 3. Reviewed in the United States on October 27, 2017 I ordered the 32"/29oz bat for my son (age 14). The bat I received weighs 25 oz.Have not used it yet, but pretty disappointed that the weight is so far off. Also the bottom of the handle feels very rough, and the edges around the cup are very sharp.
