However, his determination and work ethic fueled his recovery process, and he made a successful return to the field in 2022. He picked up right where he left off, displaying his exceptional skills as an offensive powerhouse and a dynamic presence in the outfield. Acuña's contributions helped lead the Braves to the postseason, where they eventually won the World Series, securing their first championship in over two decades.
